Day 01 Arrival Delhi
Arrive Delhi, meet assist at the airport & transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
In Delhi's 3000 years of existence, seven cities stood where the present capital of India stands. Here you'll encounter a fascinating blend of the ancient and the contemporary - where government buildings, medieval palaces and bazaars exist besides a modern metropolis. Delhi is a city waiting to be explored.

Day 02 Delhi
After a leisurely breakfast sightseeing of Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat: Cremation Garden of Mahatma Gandhi followed by visit to Mughal monument of Jama Masjid & Photo stop at Red Fort. Afternoon sightseeing of New Delhi where you visit the mighty Qutub Minar (Victory Tower) , Photo stop at India Gate (War Memory arch) - President Palace & Parliament House (from outside). Also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly known as Birla Temple

About Delhi : The capital of India is one of the most happening cities and is expanding fast. Center of power, education, art and architecture, science and medical advancements, Delhi is top in most of the fields known to mankind. Since 13th century. Delhi has always been the focus of the political struggle for power and has many monuments that are of immense interest to the visitors who may get disillusioned the first sight of the modern lifestyle of the city. Yet, it is one of the few cities where past co-exists with the present as one soon comes to know while visiting the Qutub Minar built in 1199. Added to these attractions are the relatively modern additions of the Government Buildings, India Gate, and the President's House & Birla Temple.

Day 03 Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh
(Shatabdi express 2017; Dep 0650 /Arr 1125)
Early morning transfer to railway station to board the train for Haridwar. Upon arrival in Haridwar, proceed for city tour of Haridwar covering Rope way cable ride to Mansa devi Temple, Har ki Pouri (Ganga Ghats) and local Bazaar. Later transfer to Ashram in Rishikesh. After check in and acclimatization, briefing about the whole program, followed by introduction to the Yoga teacher and briefing on Yoga class. Evening dinner & overnight hotel.

Day 04 Rishikesh
Early morning walk to the yoga centre for yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After relaxation learn about breath awareness exercise & stretching exercise. Yogic breakfast. Rest of time free at leisure.

Evening yoga & traditional meditation class with instructor. Later proceed for Aarti - Evening Prayers and Lamp Ceremony on Ghats. Meals and overnight at Ashram.
Day 05 Rishikesh
Early morning drive or walk to the centre .Today we will do relaxation, asana, followed up by yognindra. After yogic breakfast, rest of time free at leisure for own activities.

Evening followed by modern meditation and class of suggestion therapy. Meals and overnight Ashram.
Day 06 Rishikesh - Chandigarh (250 KMS/6 HRS)
Early am after breakfast drive to Chandigarh. Upon arrival in check in into hotel. Later half day visit of Chandigarh covering Rock Garden and Rose Garden. Overnight in Hotel.
About Chandigarh: The name of the city is derived from Goddess of power known as Shri Chandika. Chandigarh is the capital of Punjab and Haryana. Chandigarh is the only Indian city to have been designed and planned by a single architect - Le Corbusier. Infact, this was to be the first planned city of India.. Chandigarh is famous for its wide roads and spacious residential colonies and is an excellent base for specialized sightseeing. Chandigarh is surrounded by Shiwalik Hills.

Day 07 Chandigarh - Dharmsala (245 KMS/ 7.5 HRS)
After breakfast drive to Dharmsala. Upon arrival in check in into hotel. Rest of time free at leisure. Overnight in Hotel.
About Dharamsala / McLeodganj: Set against the backdrop of the dramatic Dhauladhar Mountains, Dharamsala is perched on the high slopes in the upper reaches of Kangra Valley. The town is divided into two distinct and widely separated sections, Upper and Lower Dharamsala, which differ almost a thousand metres in height.
Today, Dharamsala has become the synonymous to the Tibetan government in exile and the home of Tibetan leader Dalai Lama. Even if the Tibetan community dominates the town, still it has retained the colonial lifestyle and British fervour. The colourful temple and Gompas, which reflect the culture of Tibet, adds attraction for the visitor.

Day 08 Dharamsala
Morning enjoy meditation classes in friendly and conducive environment. Later half day visit of Dharamsala covering Bagsu temple, Dalai Lama monasteries and Tibetan bazaar. Evening enjoy meditation classes. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 09 Dharamsala
Morning and evening enjoy meditation classes in friendly and conducive environment. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 10 Dharamsala - Amritsar (210 KMS/ 6.5 HRS)
Early morning after breakfast drive to Amritsar. Upon arrival in check in into hotel. Evening excursion for Wagha Border closing ceremony. Overnight at the Hotel.
About Amritsar: Amritsar, literally Pool of Nectar, derives its name from Amrit Sarovar, the holy tank that surrounds the fabulous Golden Temple. Located in the heart of city and surrounded by a maze of narrow lanes, or katras, that house one of the busiest markets in India. But the Golden Temple is a serene presence, radiating a calm that makes people bow their heads in reverence. The Gurudwara, as Sikh temples are called, is the holiest of Sikh shrines. Other major tourist attraction these days is the Indo-Pakistan border crossing at Wagah, just a short distance from Amritsar, with its elaborate change-of-guards drill with a lot of strutting and intimidatory showing off by both sides.

Day 11 Amritsar - Delhi (Shatabdi express; Dep 1700 /Arr 2250)
Morning after breakfast at hotel proceed to half day city sightseeing of Amritsar covering Golden Temple and Jalianwala bagh.
In time transfer to Rail Station to board train for Delhi. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 12 Delhi -Departure
Morning after breakfast at hotel. Rest of day free at leisure for independent activities.
Evening: Enjoy Dances of India Show followed by dinner at Chore Bizarre restaurant. The show features Folk dances of various states of India, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Chhatisgarh, Assam, Goa, Kerala, etc.
In time transfer to international airport to board flight back home/onward destination. DEPART
